Got my catch tank installed yesterday, pretty easy job. While removing the pcv and related pipework i noticed a bracket that had three electrical connectors under the inlet manifold. Can anyone shed any light on what these three wires are for? Non of it was present on the AUM which was done at the same time.

knock sensor (orange?), crank position sender (grey?).. and i forget the other one..

Thanks for clearing that up.
It's just crazy how these 1.8T engine differ,we had two AUM's and both had different pipework to the pcv, mine was very different from either of them.
It's all in the boot now

Got any pics??

I don't think any were taken, but it's easy enough to see with the lower engine cover off.

auq is slightly different again, and 225 engines weirdly have it sitting on the cam cover... there is reasoning for it all, but it makes ordering new pipes a pain.
