Title: Air Filter for Mk 4 Golf 20v Turbo?
Post by: Nokesie on 13 October 2004, 15:58
Can any one recommend what make and kind of airfilter i should fit to my car, the car is completely standard at the mo and i have been told by some that a induction kit is best but others have said that a replacement panel filter is best, i plan to get a cat back ss exhaust so should this be taken into consideration when thinking about what filter to get.
Any help would be much appreciated
Cheers

It has been proven that a standard airfilter with the airbox smoothed out and a cold air feed to it is better than the popular cold air induction kits (which also corrode).
I'll post up a how-to link when the ukmkivs site is back up.
