Title: did search but nothing. doors closed but itermmitant doors open light????

doors are all shut but on dash the doors open light/image flashes on and off as if it shorting???? ideas????


oh and the other prob i had with the what i think was amf sensor has now developed further.

i went to over take today a very slow driver and as i got beside it the car started the juddering  hence no more speed then a light came on dash the triangle with swooping arrow and caution in it came on, in all gears as i slowly came home juddered at slight increase in acceraltion. should i b scared? damage maybe?

there is other probs but these i want to sort or put mind at easy the now

From all your posts it sounds like you bourght one doggy golf. Best bet is to buy some petrol and a lighter. :sick:

ha ha ha yeah seems that way lol but all seemed good the buyer family man with babby and new golf in drive just seems bought at point where couple things need done but i hope he didnt know about the fault but then again he prob did grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Mate feel for you must be a pain in the rectum having probs on a car you just bought.

Have you had your car vagcom'd yet?
I'd highly recommend it as this may give you pointers or maybe if your lucky resolve some of your problems.

I know the maf rarely come up on vagcom but your probelm may not be the maf.

door problem will most likely relate to a faulty door module

but as said get it read for fault codes as that should identify the faulty module
