Hello folks.
was cleaning the interior of my Mk4 1.8TGTI 1998 the other day and managed to completely snap off the knob on drivers side door which controls both wing mirrors electronically.? I've had a squiz and don't think i can do a repair job so looks like i'll need to replace the damm thing. Has anyone experienced this problem before and know how much the dealer will charge to replace the unit?? or know of any other way to fix this break??
all comments welcome
cheers.

its quite a common thing actually, but yea you'll have to replace the lot :undecided:

might try the scrap yard then....
i was just polishing the interior and caught it with my thumb and the bugger fell off !! the thing is the stalk has snapped flush to the knob so can't glue it back on...arse!!
got a nice red glowing light on my driver side door where the knob used to be tho so not all bad ha ha
