Right, im thinking of making some wheel spacers.
Has anyone got the wheel spacer size's? Diameter, from nut to nut etc etc.
Im thinking of starting doing the 5 - 15mm spacers.
These should be much cheaper than the ebay ones.
-
if you want to do them for a mk4 golf then they are 5 x 100 pcd
centre bore will be 57.1mm if you are going to make them properly and make them hubcentric
you need to consider the cost as you can get them on ebay delivered in 15mm (as i have ) for £53

They should be cheaper than that.

I sell hubcentric pairs in 5x100/5x112 multifit 10mm for £40... but if you have to ask dimensions, not being a cnut but it sounds like you're already out of your depth a bit
-
Chris-can you get your hands on adapters?
-
I got 20mm hubcentric ones with bolts for £55

no mate, i have a rule about not selling stuff i'd consider unsafe on my own car

Safe as houses, the old skool owners have been running them for years,my current rear spacers are of the adaptor type :undecided:

It's probably just me being paranoid. Sure they're fine on oldskool aircooled stuff, and on rears, but 250+ lbfts through bolts of unknown grade doesn't fill me with confidence. I'd panic and pull over every time i hit a pot hole at speed

I know what you mean, but some barmy bar stewards run 5mm spacers up front without longer wheel bolts, this is far more dangerous imo
-
i've got a set of the spacers done up.
4x 15mm spacers
and 2x 10.5mm.
Im going to get them fitted on my Golf this saturday see how they fit.
Hopefully they will be fine with 18'' RS6's and a 40mm drop.
