Title: BBS CH pics- couple of new pics
Post by: mags on 12 December 2009, 18:10
Pics of new alloys. Have not had a chance to wash the car in a few weeks!!! Had the alloys refurbed by wheelworks in Crawley and fitted today, very impressed with the work they did.
Washed now!

You might have washed it before taking the photos
I'm a big fan of the CH's - looks spot on.  Like above... could do with 20mm taken out of the arches!

Just get some fat mate sit at the back!
Those alloy match well with the car. Its between BBS CH vs OZ Alleggerita
Dymag look good but far too expensive!

Lovin' the CHs Mags. The 19s look a bit better than my 18s (which are off the car now). I agree with the rear spacers though, could do with 8 - 10mm ones on there for looks.
As for lowering, I keep thinking about that with mine but don't want to ruin the ride quality. I've had too many cars that I've lowered and regretted it because the ride has become too hard.
My daily driver is a SEAT Ibiza Cupra that has Eibach springs on, which are softer lowering springs, and that's too hard really around town. Don't want to ruin the GTI.
