Title: Our GTi after 9 months- Few mods, just thought I'd share some pics!

We've had the car about 9 months, its the wifes first car and she decided she wanted a Golf GTi shes 27 tho, so we found this one in orange - not seen another one this colour in GTi spec before and as soon as she saw it, that was it, we bought it. It came with black cloth recaros when we bought it and standard wheels, 6 stack cd, upgraded stereo, aircon and sunroof etc pretty well spec'd from new I guess.

Its now got a Neuspeed P-Flo Induction kit, Forge Splt-R Valve - engine wise so not too much just yet.

Some pics from this weekend....these are the wifes christmas presents fitted on the car!

Its now got a full cream leather interior floor to ceiling, all carpets and plastics even the parcel shelf.  And I picked up a set of TT Quattro sport rep alloys about 2 weeks ago which I think look the nuts!  Only other mod is the GTi grille badge from a Lupo GTi

Just thought I'd see what people thought about it really, always nice to know what other people think.

I agree mate, can't go too low coz its like speed hump alley where we live, so I think 20-30mm max drop to keep our sanity really!!!

Think that will be the next thing once the exhaust is done

mines lowered 35mm, haven't had any speed bump probs yet.

Which springs/shocks did you use on yours? Just sat looking at the picture I think it really does need lowering, over Christmas at the latest!!!!!

Get some nice Eibach Pro's, nice little 30mm drop  :cool:

Just had a look, £143 quid off the bay, sweet! 30mm drop. Not wallet busting either which is a bonus this close to christmas!

looks very nice  :cool: i would agree with bobbarley on the springs and shocks although the jom ones are reasonable  :grin: :lipsrsealed:

Its Tropic Orange apparently, found that out using a link on this forum somewhere that linked to someones photobucket type picture storage and he's got it listed on there with loads of paint codes and pics so show the colour and paint code.
