Title: bloody dogbone
Post by: jamie16v on 10 December 2009, 20:05
cant remove it and i have sweared alot getting the gearbox out and cursing trying to get it back in. the dogbone is getting in the way big time. it seems to be stuck to the subframe and i dont know how, i have removed both bolts (snapped them ) tried heating it, chiseling, smacking it and even swearing at it and it still wont budge.
any ideas lads?

they don't just slide out if the bolts shear (and assuming you've taken out the other bolts  )

blow torch and big hammer needed.
