Title: URGENT - Views required

Right then boys.

need views on a car

BUT

this is for someone to do a SWAP with a problematic passat,( NOT ME )   - they want a STANDARD car, as this will get some heavy miles put on it

so the fact it looks standard is ideal

and second, when i go to view, what do i need to look out for, do the diesels, need the cambelt n waterpump like i know the 1.8Ts do ?

understand the overpriced from a quick scan BUT they are willing to deal on a high mileage

  as the buyer hasnt got cash to deal  :cry:

so doing a straight swap? the 150 tdi's suffer with the cams, just for ref my mate just sold his 52plate 150 for £3800

That all?  Wow, wish I was in the market for a Golf now, I'd definitely but a TDI 150!

yep was on ebay was a minter too with full vw history new disks and pads on the front, used car market is sh!te at the moment
