Title: Owner Manual in English

Hey All

I just joined the group...as I bought a GTI (in white). I moved to Spain from the UK few weeks ago and found one that was available! Its a great car and great drive too!

I have received all the books etc but they are in Spanish. Does anyone know how I can get a PDF version of the English one? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, what does the Travel Guide menu do on the MFD?

wow!  you're a UK guy who's moved to Spain with a nice car...

do you ever have trouble selling your cars?   :grin:

Welcome to the board from a fellow UK expat. This question has been asked before and AFAIK there's no PDF available. The best solution is to call a UK VW dealer and order a printed copy. I believe they're about £10-15.

Thanks for your suggestions I will try to contact a UK dealer and see what happens.

I havent tried to sell a car here in Spain so lets see when that happens!

Welcome aboard dwahi.
Another member on here (howlingmoon) also living abroad wanted a set of English manuals for his Dutch registered GTI. I asked at my local dealership if they could get hold of individual sections of the manual and they said no. The only thing they offered was a full book pack for something like £60 UKP.
