Did it earlier on today.. just got bored and phoned up the Revo guy who told me to come on down. So went for Revo in the end... what a difference

Had a bad rattle from the tailgate which turned out to be a broken boot lock which has been replaced but other than that I'm really pleased, a lot less issues than the ED30 before it.

That's a shame.

A VW franchised dealer who can't fix a VW. I don't understand this (or accept it). There can't be such a thing as a 'dud' car, surely. It's just parts - find the parts that don't work replace them with ones that do. It's a car, not a space shuttle - they should be able to fix it.

Another thing I've noticed is the number of GTI owners over the last six months that have had faults. Considering the ones sold to people on this forum must be only a small percentage of the total sold in the UK, there have been quite a few problems. Or am I imagining things?

So did go from an Edition30 to mk6 then? how did you get on with that? Steve30

Hi all

Had my car from 29th July absolutely no problems whatsoever, no re-maps or other mods, it is a brilliant car in all respects for me. Love it!!
