This most proberly wont get read, but a Mk6 GTi ran today, on the Dyno dynamics 4 wheel drive rollers, and ran 224bhp, with 207lb ft of torque, amazingly from 2000rpm to the Redline. Not bad for a boggo K03.
Looks like Vw have got the 2.0 TSi running sweeeeet

Ah! Interesting! Everyone thought Revo were bullsh!tting that my car had 225 out of the box, I didn't even believe it! Maybe my mapped car does have 275 odd horses! Well done v-dub!
Cheers Phil, you made my night!

If thats correct and accurate, it could mean huge potential for the tsi. Looking forward to Revo even more now

Phil - i note your RR result was 293bhp whereas your sig states 282bhp - have you made some recent mods.... or are we to assume there is some variance in the accuracy of the RR - either this one or your previous one?
It would appear to cast some doubt over the std golf's 224...

Was a different dyno keelaw. Both Dyno Dynamics though surreys RR is a 4wd version.
I would say, when i done the 282 run, that type of map was on for 1 week.(agressive version from Bluefin)
Its been on for well over 6 weeks, and the car has improved since .
There was another car there on the same day ran Identical figures to the same rollers i ran on both occasions and his was with 1bhp of his run.(A stage2 K03 GTi) Red Robin forum user
Id say the rollers were very accurate, and believe the mk6 results, and had a good chat with the mk6's owner.

cool - thanks for clarifying.... suggests then that gossa's 275bhp could be even higher once bedded in? (tho perhaps it was your other mods that bedded in?)
-
Also Phil do you happen to know what fuel his was running on?? I have switched back to 95ron recently and the car definately feels slower :undecided:
-
other thing to bear in mind, the air temperature was 4-6 degree's whereas by 282 run was 10-12.
Yesturday was Cold!!! and ideal running conditions.
Stage 1 Tsi would definatley see 270's, before you start adding Intake, exhaust mods, near on par with the edition 30.
But, the K03 is a smaller turbo, so quite possibly not see as big a gains.
Typical Std GTi mk5 normally see's a 40bhp gain from just a map.
