is there a difference between the early mk2 84-89,and the later mk2 90-92...rear brakes,discs,bearings,pads,and handbrake cables....
any help on this matter would be super.. :laugh: :laugh:

yep, but the change was in 1987, not 1989.
The handbrake lever, cables and callipers are different. Beam, carriers, bearings and discs/pads are the same tho.
The way to tell is to check your handbrake lever trim. If it has a seperate bit screwed to the floor its a late one, if it just has a trim clipped to the lever its early.
