Title: Newbie from Falkirk
Post by: reidtastic on 20 November 2009, 19:38
Alright guys and girls. Im new to this forum although this will be my third golf gti. I started of with a big bumper Mk2 Black gti, then to a silver 1.8 T with 230bhp coustesy of star performance and now i pick up my mk5 GTI in 8 days (once the plate transfer has went through). And ive had a load of nice cars inbetween.

I lookforward to having some input in this forum, and gaining some knowledge back inbetween.

Anyways, I like track days so my mods will be mostly around this, although i will be doing a few styling mods too. My plans sofar are

BBS CH with red bbs centre caps
Rabbit rear badge
R32 rear lights
Xenon look bulbs & LED number plate lights
ED30 front vallance
adjustable ARBs
some sort of brake upgrade Will envolve goodridge hoses, castrol srf and some good pads
Some nice silver interior bits and bobs
remap either giac or revo
forge DV
forge twin CAI
Miltek or supersprint cat back

Hopefully all this is pretty reiable for the track and comfortable road, any experiances or recommendations would be grate Thanks.

Bryan
