You can buy a complete seal kit,I've just bought one for my 16v and it was about 16 quid,I'll let you know the website later when I get home from work as I can't remeber it off the top of my head, just abit of advice aswell tho,I would the seals changed asap as when I had mine fitted I was told becos the seal was so kbackered it had been putting xcess strain on the bearings as they had no support.

I'd be interested in the seal kit too please, will be as kind to my gearbox as I can before I torture it some more.

Heheh.. I'm being nice to my 020 as its got 2nd crunch.. lavishing it with missinglinkz bushes.. hotgolf modded/metal shift rods and some better gb oil..

When you say seal kit how far do you want to go with the seals? We can do most of them on top of the drive flange seal I've sent out to John! :-)

Mwahah  I'm going to be putting my ABF in shortly if I can ever get this lockup sorted.... So whilst I have no crunches at the moment I do have a tad vagueness in the linkage. Bought the plastic kit off tierod69 on ebay and was looking at http://www.tsr-performance.com/pages/linkage.asp
For the other end. Already got a weighted/ short shifter but think it would benifit from new bushes and that. Basically would like to renew the seals as a precaution. Not able to rebuild it nor fit an LSD due to funds but was going to put this in it once I'm done http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Royal-Purple-Synchromax-Gear-Oil_W0QQitemZ330375716597QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Other_Vehicle_Parts_Accessories_ET?hash=item4cebed5ef5
Going to have a look at the  hotgolf modded/metal shift rods see what like. Basically want to do the best I can and improve the feel and reliability of the 'box so it won't break within a week of putting the ABF in...
