ello...a m8 of mine wants to respray his mk1 golf gti. does anyone know of a good place at a reasonable cost?  ??? neither of us have an idea where to start!!  :-\

im based in bristol and he is in london, but location doesnt matter too much if the price is right  ;D

some things that affect the price:

amount of rust
any dents/stonechips or other damage
changing original colour
is it to be painted inside and out
bare metal respray ?
doing any of the prep yourself ?

no rust!
1 dent on passenger door
same colour
outside only i think
does it need to be bare metal? is it better if it is?
probably no prep himself (lazy bugger)
