Title: best speakers to replace stock mk2 gti speakers
Post by: kdiz on 17 November 2009, 12:54
Not really bothered about a lot of bass so I won't be buying a sub.
What will probably work best with the mk2 to replace the stock ones?

Also budget aint too much of an issue but I don't want to spend crazy amounts.

Edit: More specifically what 5.25" speakers would be good for the front and what 6x4 would be good for the back ones, as they are the sizes of the stock.

Cheers

Depends on your budget more than anything!

go on say caraudiodirect and see what you can get in your price range. They have a special offer on here.
Any aftermarket speaker is better than standard.

I found the JBL ones to be alright for not much cash, certainly an improvement over the stock paper items.
