can anyone help me, i have searched and cannot find anything iam after the audi s3 cooland & washer bottle cover part numbers plus everything i need to fit it and the standard plastic battery cover part numbers plus everything i need to fit it, i dont have any covers at the moment and the engine bay looks a bit crap!
any help is much appreciated!

just rang audi the part numbers are
8L9103928B01C Expansion tank cover £81.96
8N0103946A Retainer £5.90
8N0103954 Damper Bush £1.90
N90168602 Snap nut £0.80
8L9103927A Battery cover £28.55
8L9103912A Holder for the battery cover £27.55
8N0103531 Screw (3 of these) £0.61

i tried to mention the standard battery cover but he didnt have a clue what i was on about! :grin: rang vw and they told me they can only do it off the car reg, which comes up with the fabric one :wink:

did you get a part number of 1J0 915 411 B? And there is 418 B too - guess thats cos it lists chassis numbers next to it too :undecided:
£23 if it is!! (according to my ETKA anyway) Twice the price of the diesel one! :grin:

the part number im getting is 1J0 915 435 B @ £9.52

just phoned VW....AGAIN! gave them my reg........."sorry mate they dont make a hard plastic battery cover for you car" GREAT thats another thing to my list that dosent fit (TT short shift and battery cover) because of this AGEING CONTRAPTION! :angry: :angry:

what reg is your car??
You can convert the battery tray to take the new style plastic holder :nerd:
TT Short shift should fit too :undecided:

you will need a new bottom bit and the plastic cover bout £20 in total

or do what I did and just make an ali bracket so it rests on the fabric battery cover and save yourself money and hassle.
I can get you part numbers from all my bits 2moro so you know exactly what you need.

my battery has no cover at all, pfft, vw!

jtomlin- i really want to finish my engine off ive got the polished cam cover & inlet manifold, all forge piping, dsg airbox, s3 upper strut brace and really wanted to finish it off with a nice plastic battery cover and the audi s3 covers!

Matt the number you have has been superseded by the one darkgti gave us...
Mine has both numbers on there to be really confusing...
