I have a mk4 tdi 115 ajm. It is suffering with poor starting and stalling when I clutch down. Then takes good 30+ secs to finally chug back to life. After while or when hot, runs fine.
I have recently had my head gasket done (was fine before)
Have hit all derv lines with jubilees, new derv/vac pump seals, inj loom, fuel filter, vac pipes. etc
Had it scaned came up with int fault on 4th cyl. this was when I changed loom.
ANY IDEAS?

does it only do it when cold?? or all the time?? if its just from cold then it will be your glow plugs that are knackered
