Title: Identify new clutch cable

Hi there, not sure if this is the best sub forum for this question.

I have a new golf (afaik) clutch cable, part No:- 192-721-335-J, is there a way to find out for sure which golf it fits - I think it is a mark 3 or 4 but can't be sure without going to look at one.
