What they all about?? My wipers aint that great at speed in drizzle, they smear the top 1/3 of the screen and seen as i look through this section of the screen its pretty shiit. £20 to fully change the car to aero.. basicly is it worth it??

I have aero's on mine and there brilliant, no smudging at all. All depends all how good the blades thereselves are. :smug:

all comes down to the blades as said. i have standard MK2 VW blade rubbers on mine and they're excellent.

Aero blades are excellent. I've had the same set on my daily Passat for over 4 years and they are still like new.
I cant bring myself to put them on my Mk2 as I don't think they look right on older cars. Mind you, I don't take the Mk2 out in the rain.

I've had a set of £3 blades from Maccess on mine (branded, but the name escapes me), for the past 3 years and they're still like new ;)
I've found cleaning the windscreen properly is all that is needed when they start to smear.

I got the blades on my off roader from poundland and there pretty good still, considering the amount of sh!te they get of the window
