Plenty of we 50+'ers can easily afford any car we want.
We had the best free education and (unless gormless) took advantage of it.
I don't want a Veyron or a 911 Turbo. The Mk5 GTI was just fine.
The Mk6 is a lovely machine but priced to make the eyes water.

I was born in the 1960s and had a crap education and am now stuck in a dead end job. Bought the mk6 as I was fed up fixing the mk5 all the time! (okay it wasn't that bad actually but I know of a few that are)
Face it Nosher, you'd look stupid at your age climbing out of a Veyron and all of your employees would hate you for being a flash git whilst you are underpaying them. So yeah, the Golf is probably a pretty good bet for you. :lipsrsealed:

I was born in the 70s and under Blair's Govt I have frittered away all my money, run up huge debts and can only just afford a golf. a veyron is a glorified golf with a DSG box anyway....
