if the hazard switch is on the top of steering wheel area thats 90 spec right?

cheers guys need to replace fuel pump relay now i now where it is.
ive just done a search on changing the bolbs in dash as i have come out (mfa/rev counter)and it wasnt clear do i need to take the clocks apart to get to the bulbs to change them

Yeh u need to take out the whole pod,don't forget to disconect the two plugs from underneath if it's a double plug pod and also the speedo cable,this can be a bit of a pain but a good pull should free it,once you have the instrument panel out of the car it will become clear where the bulbs are,just take ya time and stay cool as the instrument panel can be quite sensitive and break easily.

Getting it back in is a bit of a chore too as the speedo cable and pin blocks are a pain to get back connected. When I changed mine I unscrewed the underside of the dash with the service box and fuse box, so I could get my hand up from behind which made it alot easier.

Yep this is the best way to do it I've found. The clocks should be single pin if they're 90' spec, and unplugging from under the driver's parcel shelf (once it's off) is easy. For the speedo cable - one hand from under the dash driver's parcel shelf, one hand through the radio hole. There's a pair of pinch clips on the cable plug - try and turm the plug so there's one clip on the left and one on the right and use the index finger of each hand to push them together, and pull back. Try not to force it too much if there's absolutely no give (try pushing the clips in harder and pulling one side at a time instead) the last thing you want is a wobbly speedo needle.
And make sure you test all the clocks, MFA and the bulbs before you put the dash back together!
