just wanting to know ive heard some one say theyve had their car rolling roaded? wot does this mean

A rolling road can be found at some garages and is where the driving wheels are put on a 2 large rollers allowing the car to be driven but not actually go anywhere. These are used to measure how much power, both BHP and tourqe the engine is producing. Its also the best way to get your engine tuned up as the garage operator can work on it under load.  ;)

The rolling road is just like a set of break testers at a MOT station, had mine done a few weeks ago to have her tuned, top bloke too ;)
