Can anyone let me know if MK5 GTI 17" monza alloys fit on MK4s? Mine are for sale and I am getting asked by a few people if they would fit.
Thanks

nope
stud pattern is different
MK4 = 5 x 100
MK5 = 5 x 112

Ahh thanks.

I've seen 18" Monza IIs on a MK4 - would they be reps in that case?

If you can get 5x100 to 5x112 adaptors they could fit. I don't know if you can get those though :undecided:

You can indeed buy 5x100 to 5x112 adaptors/spacers. These will give you the added benefit (looks wise) of reducing the high offset of the original Monzas to a more mk4 friendly figure. Monzas come with a 51mm offset and mk4s look best with around 35mm offset on a 7.5 inch rim (unless you're a fashion victim who has to have the sticky out wheels look).
