Title: help needed, in driveshaft bolts
Post by: vwblackmk4gti on 01 November 2009, 10:23
Hi guys, I started to change my clutch yesterday, and I didn't have the right tool, to take the inner shafts off its mountings. Knowing this i decided to remove the shafts from the hubs instead, which was fine, i managed to take the gearbox out with driveshafts intacked, and changed the clutch.  but putting the gearbox back in with driveshafts intacked to the gearbox has become a right nightmare, so i need to know what tool i need Multi spine

what car? GTI/TDI 130/150 will be a M10 spline
anything else with the smaller hubs and driveshafts will be a M8 spline
