Yesterday on way to work opened car in morning, before I started it my locks sounded like they were trying to lock the doors, but never did, and interior lights came on. While driving to work [only 10 mins], this happened a couple of more times.
Then when coming home, car died on me 3 times. Revs seemed to stick, wouldn't go up when accelerating, then revs just dropped off and car died. Started straight up again, and was back to normal. Engine management light is now on all the time, have done a scan and lists 14 codes. This is from last week as ecu was cleared after another issue.
Been to work in it today, em light on, performance as normal, hasn't died on me but locks still sound like they're trying to lock and unlock.
WTF is going on!!!!!!!!!!
Codes are...17633,17655,17636,17634,17833,17955,17843,17938,17829,17697,17525,17522,16486,17524

could be a lot of things, hard to say without seeing the car.. but the first thing i'd check would be the fuses on top of the battery (then the rest of the fuses..) And then all the earthing points, there's a guide on here somewhere for all the earth locations if you search

Cheers for codes Steve. Fault last week involved wiring so looking at some of the possible solutions, that could be where my issues still lie. Returning it to garage Monday dinnertime,so we'll see.
Thanks again...

Cheers Topher. I know one of the relays on battery is a dual fuel-pump and ecu relay, so that may be something to look at...

Now, I'm no paranormal activity expert, but I'd say your car is haunted by the ghost of the disembodied auto electrician.

The plot thickened today...due to issue with door locks, thought I'd use the spare key.
No engine management light, no random lock action, run sweet as a nut!!!!
