ooh yeah carbon fibre. ;D
i had already thought of that one but then thought, how much? from where? when to stop?(would like a carbon fibre dash if had door cards). ;D
do all smiles do them? any body got any info?
Aluminium was also an option. polished or anodised?
acrylic was another option. would use black with a nice gloss finish.
I need some thing easy to work with but give me the right look.
basicly i just cant make me mind up :-\

Ive been wondering the same, Because my interior is stripped and its a 5 door, i need somthing to cover the doors with, Ive thaught about cutting my own but cant decide what to use :-\

If your going rally slag look then most rally cars use plastic covered parts with anti glare - Matt sprayed on.
Gives it a suede kinda look.
I'd go for the Carbon sheets. Shouldn't be loads really, well worth the money too as the look you'll get will be lush!

hay fielder i take it from your sig pic that you have took the stripped out theme a bit too seriously ;D (doh.....sorry could not resist.)
has any body got the all smiles web address or some thing as the carbon route is really taking my fancy?

i found a good one on the net earlier, A lot of boyracers have that inductrial footplate type metal for foot plates on there car, However its not acctually metal that they use, Its a rubber sheet with the footplate sorta shape pressed onto it, Ive been thinking about getting some, shaping it, then painting it with plastic primer and painting it black, Provided i dont flex it after painting, i dont see any reasion for the paint to peel, and with it painted black and covering my back two doors, it should give a pritty good rally slag look, I would use the metal but i dont have any resorces to cut, shape and fit the material in place :S
