hi i want to lower the rear of my golf a bit more  its running hotunning rear coilovers  wot way do i turn to lower the car? do i turn thread up or down?   :wink:  or is it simple lol down to lower.... and iam just being thick

 turn right for up, turn left for down!

or alternativley turn it right until it falls off in your hand and then put the spring back on top of the holder with no adjuster.... :lipsrsealed: :cool:
