Title: going to clean the throttle body...quick question though!

as the title guys i have read up on the cleaning part, just wondering..when i disconect the battery is this going to f@~k up my alarm(autowatch) as i only have the fob thing and not a master key(if there is one) or anything.

why do you need to disconnect battery? Not needed for cleaning the throttle body, but I would have thought if you disconnected then there would be no problems as the fob is paired up with the control unit.

thought when you done this you had to reset ecu or something by disconecting battery for a while? even better if i am wrong then :smiley:

nope, don't have to. Just toothbrush and carb cleaner  :smiley:
