Does anyone know what the part number is for a digifant MAF ??

Just found this on ebay as I'm looking for a new one for my Golf - yes I know it's a BMW one, but pretty dam similar

I think I may also need to replace this part. My car is very erratic above 2500RPM. What were your symptoms that made you think you needed to replace this part?
