Im 20 and own a 2.0 aswell, insurance on it is alot but the quotes i got on 1.8t were nasty! i think when we reach 21 the price drops considerably :D least you got the 2.0 in a nice colour! Havefun with the badges.

the price on my 1.8T now (19-20) wasn't that bad considering i've had one accident in my fault and no NCB

What company you with? i have 1 year ncb and have only had quotes for around the 2k mark

Admiral... and its a bit cheaper than that

what!? just did a quick check on a 1.8t on confused.com and at 20 with a complete clean license and 1 years ncb the cheapest price came up at £2100 from elephant  checked what it would be when im 21 and it drops to £1400!

Lol insurance is a joke on a turbo for me. Rather wait tbf instead of paying silly money. Either 1.8 turbo or ek9 next i rekon.

I had 2-3 years NCB at that point. I'm 21 now with 4 years NCB and think my insurance was #800 with mods declared!
