Due to all the discussion about how much of a premium the R will command over a GTI.. may I suggest a guess the difference game!! :evil:

Rules:

1. Only one guess

2. Premium over a std 3dr Gti @ £23k

3. Amount to be the difference in £ Sterling only

I reckon £5200, whatever I think, it's gonna be too expensive.  Jeez the GTI was a pricey bugger but I'm loving that car and it was worth every penny but I wouldn't pay R prices.
