Can playing with the actuator really give you over 25psi on a ko3s?

i would imagine theres no boost cut on that 25 PSI on standard internals , would that not be inviting Det .

Also as the actuator limits the boost, by adding more preload your changing the point at which it will open> hence the additonal boost
