Take it your mechanic checked for cracks in the head / block.

thanks evbody,  i do hope he checked for cracks, concerning flushing, its been flushed twice, he said would need to be. problem is i had to top up the oil yesterday and this morning cooling sysyem overflowed due to too much fluid in cooling system which suggests the oil is still getting into the water, im seeing him tomorrow morning, i will tell him what i have found out. will make him a better mechanic but he's not getting any more money for labour.
                   cheers

Is the coolant getting forced out, if it is it does sounds like a head gasket or crack in the block issue as the pistons are pressurising the coolant.

i had to keep topping up oil every so many miles and my coolant kept over flowing. . .

my head had gone. . .  crashed the car before i could get it fixed.

If it has had a new head gasket maybe the coolant was not flushed out.
