Title: mk4 1.6 feeling lumpy

my girlfreind 1.6 golf on a s plate has al of a sudden starting to feel a bit lumpy when u driving it down the road i  was thinking it was a sensor playing up and ideas anyone

Any fault codes? MAF sensor?

not had chance to get it on the scanner yet i think im going 2 have 2
