Title: lowering a mk3

hey i've been trying to find lowering springs for my 1.6 cl and i cant find any. would these fit?

I have a 1.6 CL and I have Mk2 Golf coilovers on my car.. so maybe check out Mk2 springs aswell :)

It says those springs are for a GTI/VR6 so they will fit your car but might be a bit stronger because the VR6 engine is a lot heavier than a 1.6 lol

I'd also suggest buying a shock & spring kit because if you put lowering springs on your standard shocks, the ride will be terrible and the shocks will end up fooked :)

+1 much better to get a matched set of springs / shocks.

Have a look for 2.0 litre 8v stuff as that should be more suited to a 1.6 more so than the VR6.
