Title: Mk3 leaking gearbox oil.

It looks like a seal has gone around the gear leaver as it enters the gearbox. I'm guessing the oil has got a bit low as I am having troubles getting into 1st sometimes.
So, aside from changing the seal, where can I top up the oil, and what should I be using?
