just wondering which part is the sump, anyone know?

Also is the spiltter part on the bumper change able as i scuffed the under part of it on a curb!?

The whole bottom of the engine is the sump,stamped with "Germany"

the answer to your second question is yes you can remove and replace the lower valance

The Damaged "Splitter" shown in pic 3 is your N/S/F Wing Liner, (Also known as Sh*t shield) the Lower splitter in the bumper itself doesn't look badly damaged but the wing liner is broke
