Hi, glove box just stopped opening today, is there anyway to open it without forcing it open and breaking it? the handle has went dead loose. It is jammed on the top left hand side. Cheers for any help. Ps, would have used the search but im at work and shouldnt really be on this the now. Cheers

I don't know any way of opening it other than the normal way... sorry :undecided:

you might be able to get a knife in and press the locking catch back.
when mine went I forced it open, never broken anything.
To repair you either got to get a new glove box and fit that. you can take the glove box off and split the two sections and repair the handle then glue it back together.
Or do what I done (the easiest/quickest way) cut a hatch into the back of the glove box open with a dremel and re-connect the handle then use some metal to hold the cut piece down

cheers, managed to force it open 2day. split the glove compartment door without stripping the glove box out and fixed the mechanism, just need 2 glue it back 2gether so hopefully that is the problem solved! thanks again~!
