Title: induction kit gettin a cold?
Post by: hyland770 on 05 October 2009, 00:35
i have my induction kit on the car atm and wondered (now that were coming into the colder seasons) if i should take it off and put the original airbox on so that my car will start normally?
The air box originally has that bit going into it from the exhaust manifold to help with cold starts and obviously my induction kit doesnt have this now, so how do people go about cold starts with induction kits on in the winter, will it start as normal in freezing temperatures with an induction kit or am i worrying about nothing?
advice please.....

although with it i have noticed an increase in top end grunt, when you get to 70 and then put your foot down it will shoot to 90 rather than slowly gettin there, i guess this may just be my imagination but it does sound good at least
