I thought I would post my findings on the finished job,as I have found various threads useful to me on here.....I read on some threads that the bottom black plastic part of the rear bumper was a fixed part ,this is not the case on my J plater....it;s a fiddly job but doeable with patience.....I was lucky enough to have the towbar that was genuine so plugged into the N/S rear light unit....so easy.....it also has the removal towing swan neck,I bolted the towbar up,removed the towing neck, bolted the back bumper back up and got the lines right.then I used a white touch up paint stick and from underneath marked either side of the tow bracket....then removed the bumper again and hole sawed through the black plastic lower trim......if I remove the towbar to sell it,all I need to replace is the trim not the expense of paint etc.....hope this may help someone.
