Title: 90 bhp front mount intercooler?

will changing the side mount for a front mount make much difference to a 90 bhp tdi with a remap a dsg intake?
im just browsing to see what sort of power gains i can get from the 90bhp lump and is there any other things i can do?
also what does removing the egr valve and replacing with a blank pipe do?
