Title: Parrot ck3100 car kit says "no signal"

The Parrot ck3100 car kit in my sisters Mk5 has gone down, says "no signal".

I found one inline fuse and it seems to be fine.

one forum says the firmware could be corrupted?

anyone got any ideas?
