as it says in the title but also need to fit the buggy in the boot
-
What we talking mate, components, sub and amp? You could do spare wheel well box for sub with grill over top to stop damage, 4ch amp vertical next to wheel arch, 2chs for front speakers, 2chs bridged for sub.
Would be a tidy little setup that!
-
Or a sub in the rear nearside wheelarch! Thats much better than the spare wheel hole!
-
Even with no sub in the boot of my old Mk3, it was still a bit tight for a buggy (plus everything else you need when going places with a kid). So we upgraded to a bigger car.
Good luck though.
I would say best bet is a small sub built in around the wheel arch as suggested. Cos if you put it in the spare wheel well, it would be covered and could get damaged whenever you put the buggy or anything in the boot.
-
Very true the buggy just goes in there haha may have to sort sumthing out for my dubstep addiction I don't mind carting around her bags and toys on the back seats haha
-
If done right then a wheelarch sub wont intrude into "buggy space" !
-
Stick it under your seat...

Was when I posted it. Looks like they've stopped doing Kenwood subs, but they do an Alpine one...

Looks small enough to go under the seat, but then I have problems getting a small fire extinguisher under there!
-
Put it under the other seat, you should have 2 front seats...
-
What I meant was that I have trouble putting a small fire extinguisher under any seat, so am sceptical that sub/amp thing will fit under at all.
