another problem to add to the list of my mk4 1.8 t
when doing a fast gear change the revs dont seem to drop they seem to rise slightly for a second then drop its on a aum engine any idea
when doing a normal gear change its fine it only when i launch it quick and change gear, makes me sound like a noddy driver lol

Mabye there's just not enough time for the revs to drop if your fast shifting.

have edited my first post as it did not make much sense :embarassed:
the revs slightly raise as if my foot is still on the throttle

In that case you have probably answered your own question, hitting the clutch before releasing the throttle.
