Title: wheel dilema help please

hi i have been thinking about putting some 19" Audi A8 replicas on my mk4 golf as i saw them on a golf just just loved the look before i had even chose which golf i wanted, anyway

my question is i know these will go on a mk4 golf but how low can i go before i have rubbing issues with people in the rear

Around 40mm but stick to around a 35 offset.
