Title: suspension issues
Post by: ImIMK3 on 19 September 2009, 12:14
Hi, i bought a MK3 golf 93 and saw that the coils had been changed but the original shocks were still there. The car does not have lowering springs but they have been changed. however, the ride is very very stiff and you can feel everybit of the road, going over certain speed bumps is ok but some speed bumps its really really bad. have the shocks gone on the car?

Stiff ride usually means uprated shocks, if shocks were knackered you would get opposite soft and bouncy.
