Howdy!

I am after some assistance.

The dampners on my MK2 Golf GTi 1.8 16v are... how do you describe it... pretty much foobared!

Can anyone recommend a set of coilies that will allow me to drop my car a reasonable drivable amount?
Also what else is likely to have gone, i.e. bushes etc and where can I get replacement parts from?
