My rear parking sensors keep bleeping when in reverse ,even when there's nothing around.
It drives me crazy, anyone had this prob.
I have done a search on here to no avail.

Sounds like one of the sensors has packed up. Has it been washed with a pressure washer? These can buggar the sensors.
You could probably find out which one is faulty by unplugging each one in turn and seeing when the fault stops.
Just a suggestions, could be something else.

My Z4 used to do this.
Everytime the car was in reverse it would constantly beep.
So annoying

Mine did it once or twice when there was some dirt stuck. I just 'blew' over the sensor and that sorted it for me.
Perhaps in your case yours may be damaged.

You need to VCDS it - the fault code will tell you exactly which one has failed.

i know with renaults you can tell which one is faulty as when the car is in reverse you can feel the sensors pulsing if you touch them with the tip of your finger, the duff one wont be pulsing

Found one sensor had blistering paint ,scratched it off and all seems ok, Cheers!!!
